I decided to do something completely different while I attended the Library Marketing and Communications Conference in St. Louis. I posted to our Facebook group page that I would be attending the weekly knit night at the Knitorious yarn shop and if anyone wanted to join to let me know. We ended up being six of us taking a Lyft there and back then having a great meal together back at the hotel. I got some great new alpaca and bamboo yarn and even started a project with it! St. Louis is beautiful too and it even snowed during the conference which we don’t get to see that much of in South Carolina. Special thanks to the great folks at Knitorious for being so welcoming to out of towners.
