This is my first top down crocheted sweater and I think it turned out great. I slightly adjusted the pattern and used a plain HDC stitch instead of the one called for. You can find the pattern and yarns here.
Today my sweater was completed! My sister sewed in the zipper and voila! I made up my own pattern and used about 7 skeins of this wonderful wool/alpaca yarn that I got on sale a few years ago at 9 skeins for $20!!!
Well it’s been about two months, but I’ve finally finished my first sweater! And I think it turned out really nice!
