First Crocheted Shawl

For this shawl, i of course, used no pattern! 🙂  I started out with just a basic granny stitch that spread out from the center till i thought it was big enough. It measures 54″ at the top (where i did a basic shell stitch) and 29″ down the middle/back of the shawl. I used a merino/linen blend yarn that was really easy to work with.
