Earrings on a Library Catalog Card

I have a ton of old library catalog cards and have finally found a great use for them! I'm displaying and selling sets of three earrings and using the cards to market and display them! Β Here are some samples. Β You can find them all in my online Etsy shop πŸ™‚

Tiger Iron Jasper and Copper Pendant

This pendant has beautiful browns and rust colors striped throughout the jasper and catches the light in different ways giving off different shades of colors. It is wrapped with copper and comes on an adjustable cord/ribbon necklace. The pendant measures close to 3 inches.

First bead mosaic

I have finally finished my first bead mosaic. It's only on a 4" x 4" piece of pine and is made to sit on a small metal stand. I have lots more beads so I will certainly be doing more of these in the future πŸ™‚

Homespun afghan

Got some yarn sale yarn from my friend Teresa and think that most of it was Lion Brand Homespun. I decided to make a giant granny square afghan and I think it turned out great!

Blue baby blanket

Finished this very simple baby blanket last week and have heard it's a hit! I used yard sale yarn so I don't know what brand it was but it worked up quickly πŸ™‚ thanks for the yarn, Teresa!

Blue Wrap

Finished and delivered this birthday gift! It's a wrap/capelet and I used two strands of yarn for the body: cashmere/merino and silk mohair. I didn't use a pattern either - guess I should write these things down as I do them!
